joining more

I can't believe it, but I did it again. I joined another knt along... but wait til you see and maybe you too will jion in the fun. How can you say no to socks?!?!? I joined the Townsend Socks knit along I plan to use the alpaca yarn I purchased yesterday to make a pair of the cascading leaves pattern Jean has up on the site. So neat looking and boy will they be soft in the alpaca yarn. No I did not go over and get more, but what a great deal! Half price. Maybe I'll call the farm around Christmas and see if they are still selling it half price. I seem to remember them doing that a few years ago with their fiber.

Plus I was thinking with all the great knit alongs maybe after the holidays I will host one myself. I was thinking of a vintage along. Something... anything from a vintage pattern. I have a beautiful cardigan sweater picked out. Or maybe next summer starting it up. Who knows, but I wanted to write it down so I wou;dn't fr get that I wante dto do this!
